Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During high-demand periods—such as product launches, promotions, or holidays—processing times may take slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience as we handcraft and prepare your order with care.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
For U.S. orders, delivery is generally completed within 2–7 business days after shipment.
Delays & Responsibility
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Nehi Naturals is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or weather conditions
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we’ll gladly re-ship it once the correct address is confirmed; however, a new shipping fee will apply.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.
