Refund policy

At Nehi Natural, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted in small batches with high-quality natural ingredients. Because our items are personal care products and made to order, we maintain strict hygiene and freshness standards — ensuring that every bottle you receive is clean, new, and untouched.

For these reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an item has been opened or used.

Your satisfaction, however, means the world to us. Please review our policy below for clarity:

Returns

• We do not accept returns for reasons of personal preference, change of mind, or differences in scent, texture, or results — as each person’s hair journey is unique.

• Returns are only accepted if:

  1. The wrong product was shipped, or
  2. The product arrived damaged or defective.

• Address / Returned Packages:
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the return shipping cost. We can re-ship the order once the correct address is provided, but the customer will be invoiced for the new shipping fee. Please note that once an order is picked up by the carrier, shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds & Replacements

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@nehinatural.com.

To process your request, please include:

  1. Your order number
  2. Clear photos of the product and packaging showing the issue

Once approved, we will offer one of the following:

  1. A replacement of the same item (shipped at no additional cost), or
  2. A refund issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

Because our products are handmade in small batches, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Final Sale

All products are considered final sale once shipped, except in cases of damage, defect, or fulfillment error.
